This page explains when you get your money back, how long your course stays valid, and how to reschedule or cancel a lesson, so you know your rights before you pay.
Course refunds
- If you buy a course and do not use any of its lessons, you get a full refund.
- You can ask for the refund at any time while the course is valid.
- Once you have used a lesson from a course, the course and its remaining lessons cannot be refunded.
- A lesson counts as used if you take it, or if you miss it without rescheduling or cancelling at least 6 hours before it starts.
Trial lesson refunds
- If you book the trial lesson and cannot take it, you get a full refund. Just tell us before the lesson starts.
- If you would rather keep the lesson, you can change its time from your account up to 6 hours before it starts.
- If the teacher cannot give the lesson and no other time suits you, you get a full refund.
How long courses are valid

- Use the lessons in a course while it is valid. Lessons you booked before the end date keep their time.
- When a course ends, any lessons you have not booked end with it.
Rescheduling and cancelling lessons
- You can reschedule or cancel any lesson from your account up to 6 hours before it starts, and the lesson goes back to your balance.
- If it is less than 6 hours before the lesson, message us in the chat and we will try to help.
- If the teacher has to move a lesson, we agree on a new time with you, and you do not lose the lesson.
No automatic renewal
You pay only once for each course. Courses never renew automatically, and nothing is charged after you buy. When a course is finished, you can choose to buy another.
How to ask for a refund
- Open the contact page and choose “A refund”, or message us in the chat. Please include the email you paid with, and your order number if you have it.
- We send the money back to the same payment method. It can take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Ask for your refund before you delete your account, because deleting your account deletes your orders from the site.
