Can I discuss my learning goals before choosing an English course?

Yes, but you should book a trial lesson first. During the trial lesson, you can discuss your goals, needs, current English level, and any questions you have. This will help you choose the most suitable English course.

Are the lessons live or recorded? Are they one-to-one or group lessons?

All lessons are live on Zoom and are not recorded. Every lesson is private and one-to-one between you and the tutor; these are not group lessons.

How will I receive the Zoom link?

You will receive the Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. You can also find it in the Student Dashboard.

Can I choose my lesson times?

Yes. After purchasing a course, you can choose suitable lesson times from the available dates and times in the booking calendar.

What if I have an emergency and need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?

You can reschedule or cancel a lesson through the Student Dashboard up to one hour before the lesson starts.

How do I create a student account after purchasing a course?

After purchasing a course, your student account is created automatically. You will receive an email containing a link to the Student Dashboard. Open the link, create your password, and then sign in using the same email address you used for your purchase. You can then book and manage your lessons through the dashboard.

Do the English courses renew automatically?

No. The English courses do not renew automatically. Once you have used all the lessons included in your course, you will need to purchase a new course if you wish to continue.

How long is each English course valid?

The Basic English Course and Standard English Course are valid for 30 days, while the Intensive English Course is valid for 45 days. Scheduled lessons do not expire, even when they are booked for a date after the course validity period ends.
