Yes, but you will need to book a trial lesson first. During the trial lesson, you can discuss your goals, needs, current English level, and any questions you have. This will help you choose the package that suits you best.

Are the lessons live or recorded, and are they private or in groups?

All lessons are live on Zoom and are not recorded. Each lesson is private and one-to-one, not a group class.

How will I receive the Zoom link?

You will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email. You can also find it in your Student Dashboard.

Can I choose my lesson times?

Yes. After purchasing a package, you can choose from the available dates and times in the booking calendar.

What if I have an emergency and need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?

You can always reschedule or cancel your lesson through the Student Dashboard up to one hour before the lesson starts.

How do I create my student account after buying a package?

After buying a package, your student account is created automatically. You will receive an email with a link to your Student Dashboard. Click the link, create your password, and then sign in using the same email address you used when purchasing the package. You can then book and manage your lessons through the Student Dashboard.

Do lesson packages renew automatically?

No. Lesson packages do not renew automatically. When you use all the lessons in your package, you will need to buy a new package if you want to continue.

How long is my package valid?

The 5, 10, and 15-hour packages are valid for one month. The 20-hour package is valid for two months. Please use all hours before the package expires.
